Quiché Department

Quiché department (see map) resides the northwest corner of Guatemala, where it borders Alta Verapaz and Baja Verapaz departments to the east; Chimaltenango and Sololá departments to the south; Totonicapán and Huehuetenango department to the west; and Mexico to the north.
